Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Standard shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $150.

 

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Delays and Exceptions:

  • While we strive to meet the specified delivery times, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may impact delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Track your order by using the provided tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Senoia Bridal Co. account.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy to understand our guidelines:

Wedding Dresses are made to order & are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Online Item Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@senoiabridal.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

Online Item Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@senoiabridal.com to receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.

  • Exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Please ensure that exchanged items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

Online Item Return and Exchange Process:

a. Contact our customer service team to obtain an RA or EA number.

b. Pack the item securely, include the original packing slip, and clearly mark the RA or EA number on the package.

c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return and Exchange Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Earrings and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
